Welcome to our home and our community. We will strive to make your stay with us a most enjoyable experience.
Return to the Victorian Era as you step through the doors of this elegant 1880 Mansion overlooking the town's Bicentennial Park. Choose from four romantic guest rooms all with their own private baths featuring thermal massage tubs for two.
Guests may relax in the parlor or cozy up to the fireplace in the Gathering Room. The aroma of fresh-ground coffee and a variety of home-baked goodies will guide the guest to the large dining room for a candle-light breakfast. So come, enjoy the porch swing on this large wrap-around veranda and escape to a quiet getaway.

Founded in 1865 by the St. Joe Lead Company, today's Bonne Terre offers the visitor a wide array of architectural designs. Walk the historic district and see the many unique buildings and homes. Tour the historic Shepard House, tour the Mines or hike along the trails among eight (8) area State Parks, Missouri's finest.

Cherokee Landing offers canoe trips down the Big River. There are three golf courses and many antique shops available in and around Bonne Terre.

Victoria's Suite

A romantic spacious suite decorated in soft mauves, pale green and floral Victorian decor. Queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper can accommodate up to four guests. Six windows make this suite bright and airy. Large private bathroom with a thermal massage tub for two.

Wine & Roses Suite
A large suite with box window and private bath. Decorated with sage green and burgany floral and grape wallpaper, half-canopy wrought iron bed and two chairs for your comfort. Private bath has a large chromatherapy massage tub for two and separate shower.

Antique Rose Room

Step into this spacious room of antique yellow and blue floral wallpaper and decor. Relax on the Bay window seat overlooking the town's park. This room also has a Victorian queen-size bed and thermal massage bath for two.


Sophia Suite

The Sophia Suite
Unique and beautiful two room suite including a sitting room with a queen size sofa and two chairs for relaxing.  Bedroom, decorated in rich colors of blues and burgundy, has a queen size bed.  . Two full bathrooms, one with a Ultra thermal-massage bath for two, the other with a shower.

 

Rates and Policies
Rates range from $94.50 per night to $150 per night. Applicable sales tax is not included. We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, MasterCard and VISA.
Deposits
  • A deposit of one night's lodging paid by personal check or credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations
  • Deposit, less a $20.00 fee will be happily refunded if cancellation is made eight (8) days prior to reservations. 
  • If cancellation is made with less than eight (8) days notice, deposit cannot be refunded.
Arrival and Departure
  • The preferred check-in time is between 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. Other mutually agreed times are possible with arrangements.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
Miscellaneous Policies
  • No pets, please.
  • Please inquire about children.
  • The Victorian Veranda is a non-smoking Inn

Directions
From St. Louis, take I-55 south, then U.S. 67 south to the Bonne Terre exit. Turn right on MO-47, then left on Allen Street in Bonne Terre. Right on Main; then an immediate left on East School Street to the Inn.
